When working, the two groups of check valve and balance valve are kept closed. If testing is required, the transmitter can be calibrated and balanced by cutting off the high and low pressure valves and opening the balance valve and two check valves. The opening sequence of the five-valve set usually involves closing the positive and negative pressure valve,three valve manifolds sale opening the equalization valve, closing the blowdown valve, and then slowly opening the positive pressure valve to evenly pressure the positive and negative side cassettes. After the verification is complete, close the equalization valve and slowly open the negative pressure valve.
