Breather valve detection

Breathing valves play a vital role in industrial production, personal protection and other fields. For industrial equipment, the breathing valve can balance the pressure difference between the inside and outside of the equipment, prevent the equipment from being damaged by too high or too low pressure, and prevent the gas leak inside the equipment or the harmful gas from the outside. For personal protective equipment (such as masks), breathing valves reduce the resistance to exhalation, improve the comfort of wearing them, and ensure safety during breathing. Therefore, regular testing of the breathing valve is very necessary.

Breathing valve test method

Direct observation method: Through the naked eye or a magnifying glass and other tools directly observe the appearance of the breathing valve and whether the connection part is intact.

Pressure test method: Use a pressure measuring instrument and other equipment to apply a certain pressure difference to the breathing valve, and observe whether its opening and closing conditions meet the requirements.

Leakage detection method: The leakage rate tester, pressure attenuation tester and other equipment are used to detect the leakage of the breathing valve and evaluate its sealing performance.

Environmental adaptability test method: The breathing valve is tested in a high temperature test chamber, a low temperature test chamber, a humidity test chamber and other environments to evaluate its performance stability under different environmental conditions.
