Quantitative loading controller, also known as batch controller

Main functions:

1) Entry and Exit Management Procedure (Identifying LNG Tankers and Drivers)

2) The operator in the loading and unloading control room authorizes the IC loading and unloading of the vehicle;

3) Correctly connect/disconnect the grounding system of the tanker, and do not proceed with the next operation without proper grounding;

4) When starting quantitative loading, it is possible to protect against excessive loading (such as liquid level, temperature interlock, etc.);

5) Daily and monthly reports on loading and unloading volume, as well as detailed information on the number of LNG tankers/tankers;

6) Communication, security, and operational control;

7) Record operational data for at least 12 months and allow easy access to this data.

8) According to user needs, create bills/settlement forms with key data such as weight automatically entered and not allowed for manual modification.
